Order Process

I want to change the messaging on the cards, can I do that?

For personalized products, we're happy to make changes to the text of our designs to fit your business's needs. Simply provide a note on the checkout page with the message you'd like included on the cards. If we have additional questions, we'll reach out to you.

How do I personalize my order?

We make personalizing your order easy! On the product page, there is form for you to provide your personalization details. From there, we will design your products with the information you provided.

Can I see a proof of the design before you print it?

Yes! On most of our products, we actually require you to approve the design before we begin the printing process. Upon receiving your order, we will email you a proof to approve within 1 business day.

How long does it take to receive a proof?

We will email you a proof within 1 business day.

Do you offer discounts on high quantity orders?

Yes! The pricing you find on our website is discounted for higher quantities. If you'd like to order a larger quantity that you don't see on our site, just send us an email at hello@allurestudioseven.com and we'll work with you.

I want my photo to look like what's shown on the product, can you remove the background of my image?

Yes, we offer free background removal on your headshot images.

We recommend providing us with images that include your arms and shoulders so that it does not get cut off on the finished product.

How long do orders take to process?

We usually process orders quickly. Please keep in mind, processing begins after receiving your approval of the design. Most products are ready to ship within 3 days. While door hangers, typically take longer averaging about 6 days.

Where do you send the proof for me to approve?

We will send the proof to your email address you used to placed the order on our website.

I didn't receive a proof, what do I do?

Most of our products include a free proof for you to approve before printing, however, some products may not include a free proof. You will know upon ordering as we require an acknowledgement of the proofing process.

If the product you purchased includes a free proof, please check your spam or promotions folder as there is a good chance it landed in there.

If it's not there, send us an email at hello@allurestudioseven.com and we will resend the proof.

Can I buy a template of one of your designs?

Currently, we don't provide templates for our designs. When you purchase from us, our dedicated team of designers customizes your design to perfection, while our professional printers ensure top-notch quality for a polished outcome.

In crafting our designs, we often incorporate elements from various artists, for which we hold commercial rights. As a result, we're unable to offer these elements as templates for customer use.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground shipping. These are the average delivery timelines, please note that these are estimated.

UPS Ground Shipping: 2-5 Days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We update every order with tracking information, you'll be notified via email and/or SMS (if provided) of your status from shipment to delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Please see our homepage for promotional details.

We are not able to offer free shipping for Hawaiian, Alaskan, APO/FPO, or non-continental US addresses. We are not able to offer free international shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Allure Studio Seven, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products tailored just for you. If, however, you encounter any issues with your order, we've got you covered!

Our personalized products are crafted to order, minimizing excess stock and returns while reducing emissions from large warehouses.

Due to their unique nature, returns are not typically accepted. However, if your order doesn't meet your expectations, reach out to hello@allurestudioseven.com within 30 days of purchase, and we'll find a solution together, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase!

Keep in mind, personalized orders approved for printing but later found with errors are not covered. Please review your order details carefully before submission.

Unfortunately, cancellations aren't possible due to our made-to-order process. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. Please note, we cannot refund lost packages marked as delivered.

Sale items, gift cards, and exchanges are non-returnable. For EU orders, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing cancellation or return within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel a custom order, you must request a cancellation within 24 hours by emailing hello@allurestudioseven.com.

If that 24 hour window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled. If you ordered on a Friday, we will get back to you that next Monday.

How long does it take for a refund to show in my account?

The amount of time it takes for a refund to show in your account depends from bank to bank. On average, it can take 5-10 days. Please contact your bank for further details.
