How long does shipping take?

Once your order is confirmed, orders take 3-5 days to process. This timeframe may extend during the holiday season. On average deliveries reach their destination within about 2-3 business days depending on your location. 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We update every order with tracking information, you'll be notified via email and/or SMS (if provided) of your status from shipment to delivery.

What's your return policy?

At Allure Studio Seven, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products tailored just for you. If, however, you encounter any issues with your order, we've got you covered!

Our Promise to You:
If your product arrives damaged or has quality issues, please send a picture to within 7 days of receiving it. We'll promptly review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

What Happens Next:
Upon receipt of your request, we'll confirm its receipt and initiate the review process. If approved, we'll ship out a new set of cards on us, or provide you with a refund.

Refund Process:
If your refund is approved, rest assured that we'll take care of the rest! You can expect to receive your refund on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For Personalized Orders: We create your product based on the details you give us when you order. Before we print, we'll show you the design for approval. If you approve it but later find a spelling mistake, our return policy won't cover it, and we can't redo or refund. Please double-check your order before submitting it to make sure everything is right. Your satisfaction matters, and we appreciate your careful review!

Order cancellation
Due to our products being made-to-order, we do not offer order cancellations. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible and will not provide refunds for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

Changes to Existing Products

I see a product on your site that I like but I'd like to change the wording. Can you do that?

For personalized products, we're happy to make changes to the text of our designs to fit your business's needs. Email us at prior to ordering so we can attach a note to your order with the desired changes.
