How long does shipping take?
Once your order is confirmed, orders take 1-3 days to process. We ship priority mail and on average deliveries reach their destination within about 2-3 business days.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
We update every order with tracking information, you'll be notified via email and/or SMS (if provided) of your status from shipment to delivery.
Refunds & Returns
What's your return policy?
We're committed to providing you with the best possible products, which is why everything we offer is made to order. While we can't accept returns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or has quality issues, simply send a picture to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days to let you know if a refund is possible.
If your refund is approved, we'll take care of the rest! You'll receive your refund on your original payment method within 5 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Due to our products being made-to-order, we do not offer order cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible and will not provide refunds for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
Changes to Existing Products
I see a product on your site that I like but I'd like to change the wording. Can you do that?
We're happy to make changes to the text of our designs to fit your business's needs. Email us at email@example.com prior to ordering so we can attach a note to your order with the desired changes.
